Andrew Gallimore tar sig an medvetandet fr\u00e5n ett perspektiv som f\u00f6renar neurovetenskap, psykedelisk farmakologi och ren informationsteori, och lyckas g\u00f6ra det b\u00e5de strukturerat och spekulativt utan att tappa intellektuell stringens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00e4rnid\u00e9n \u00e4r att v\u00e5rt medvetande inte bara \u00e4r en biologisk bieffekt av hj\u00e4rnan, utan att det kan vara inkopplat i en st\u00f6rre kosmisk informationsstruktur \u2013 ett slags kodbaserad verklighet. Psykedeliska substanser, framf\u00f6r allt DMT, f\u00f6resl\u00e5s fungera som en slags \u201cteknologi\u201d f\u00f6r att tillf\u00e4lligt koppla loss oss fr\u00e5n v\u00e5r vanliga datastream och tillg\u00e5ng till alternativa informationslager eller dimensioner. Gallimore doesn\u2019t just suggest that DMT alters perception \u2014 he proposes that it functions as a kind of consciousness technology that momentarily disconnects us from the everyday data stream and allows us to access what he calls The Cosmic Game.<br \/><br \/>What struck me is how carefully the framework is constructed. Drawing on detailed models of the brain and perception, Gallimore develops a theory in which consciousness interfaces with a deeper, information-structured reality, and where entities encountered on DMT might not be hallucinations, but rather intelligences operating outside our usual frame of reference.<br \/><br \/>Do I believe everything he says? Not necessarily. But I sincerely appreciate how he combines scientific thinking with bold questions.
